August brings a new house!

Happy August and Happy Moving time! Mommy and Daddy had a ton of friends come and help us move! Grandma, Uncle Dave, Grandma Cheryl & Ken, Aunt Roxy, Uncle Chris, Uncle Pucci, Jill, Michele & Hailey, Heather & Jon, and all came to help out! We even went swimming in our new pool when they were done. It was a great weekend!

To make it even more special for me, Mommy and Daddy set up my new room exactly how they did at my old house. the only difference is: it's huge!!  We had to lower my crib because I was almost able to pull myself right out. Bentley loves my new room too! He always helps me play with my toys.

The first night in my new house, I got my two front teeth! They didn't even really bother me but now that they are in, I LOVE eating! I love biting into things like watermelon and grapes because they make a funny noise and they feel really cool on my teeth. Before, when I'd play with my family, if I bit down, it never hurt but now I'm learned that I can really hurt someone. I really am sorry when that happens!

Daddy had a birthday this month and Mommy took him away to a resort for the night. You know what that means: I got to sleep over at grandma's house! We had so much fun and Uncle David and Kelsey played with me too! They had a blast but they were soo excited to come pick me up!

At the end of the month, I got to go on the airplane again but this time we went to Boise to visit Daddy's family! Great Grandpa Martin turned 85 and we were able to celebrate with him! We had a blast staying at Tony and Angie's house and playing with my new baby cousins. Coming home however was a different story! I HATED flying and was not a happy baby the entire trip home. Poor mommy was all by herself with me but don't worry, she still loves me! Really all I wanted was to crawl but they're mean on planes and won't let babies do that. Oh well. Hopefully when we travel in November, I'll be much happier.

 I got my own seat flying to Boise... but it was late so I slept the whole way

 Aunt Connie makes yummy spaghetti. I'm not quite as good as Daddy as slurping it up though.

July fireworks!

I can't believe I'm 9 months old already! I got really sick this month with baby measles. (Don't worry, they sound much worse than they are)  I got bumps all over my body and couldn't get rid of them. yuck! Good news though: I didn't get any other rough symptoms and was still able to crawl around the house.

I got my first haircut too! Mommy and Daddy were trying so hard to push it until I turned 1 but we just couldn't wait any longer. My hair was covering my ears! We got to go to Daddy's barber and Nate gave me cool toys to play with while he cut my hair. He even saved some for Mommy to put in my baby book (I know, she collects weird items for me). I got a neat certificate too! My hair grows so fast, I know I'll need another one soon :)

I am so excited to tell you that I am getting two new teeth on the top of my mouth! They aren't quite popping through but they will in no time! I love using my teeth to chomp down on my sippy cups and toys!

I am still pulling off the arm crawl (and getting faster everyday) but now I can pull myself up on things. I LOVE crawling up onto the couch when Bentley's laying there because he lets me pet him and sometimes he'll lick my hands. I have gotten pretty good at falling too. Thank goodness for padded diapers!

Guess what? We're moving into our house next month and Mommy and Daddy have been working really hard to get everything ready. Daddy has been over at the new house almost every night fixing it up and making it home for us, and Mommy has been home with me, packing and getting everything ready to go.  I can't wait until we are in! Grandma and Mommy took me over to the new house to unpack some kitchen stuff and I was so excited that I crawled into a box! Those things are better than baby jumpers :)

 I'm helping mommy set up her classroom.. well that was when she thought she'd be teaching still. I had alot of fun crawling around Sycamore!

 My friend Harper came to visit all the way from Louisville. We had so much fun! She's awesome!!

 Drew and I have so much fun at his house. They have a neat kid piano that I LOVE playing on.
